Submission Guideline

  • Full Paper (Presentation and Publication) Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and be published in the conference proceeding.
  • Abstract (Presentation only) Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published

  • Papers submitted to ICRISE 2019 must follow the conference proceedings style, including the formats for tables, figures, and references. The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers. Each paper should be no less than 5 pages including figures, tables, and references (papers beyond 7 pages are subject to extra charges). All papers must be written in English using the conference proceedings' template ( download format ).

    Please read and follow the instructions carefully. It is required that authors use the above template when preparing the manuscripts for ICRISE 2019. Otherwise, your submissions will be returned. All submitted papers will be subjected to a "Plagiarism check" by Turnitin Software .

    Publication

    All submissions will be peer reviewed by 2 reviewers. The registered and presented papers will be published into the volume of IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, indexed by Scopus.



    Publication Ethics

    All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

    • Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
    • Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
    • Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
    • Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
